I don't think that either of us could be called "extremely" shy -- I mean, we do function well enough to be married and work demanding jobs -- so "extremely" -- not very. Of course, this could start my rant about American society not being complementary about differences in behavior and mood -- we are all supposed to be laughing, happy extroverts with no thoughts in our heads except for consuming.
