When last we looked in on Rex the Wonder Dog, he was aiding in the destruction of the woolly mammoth. However, what I didn’t realize at the time is that Rex has a long history of causing extinction-level events. In issue #11, Rex kills a dinosaur with an atomic bomb. Hilarious! BTW, if you want to see what comic book writers can do when they are SERIOUSLY drunk with power, you absolutely *must* find a copy of DC’s “Masters of the Universe” comic from 1982. This one will absolutely have you wondering “what the %&#@ were they thinking?!” Especially the part where Superman (?!) fights the mustachioed giant squid…
